How we work
- You already posted the SAP role. The workstream is late. We put a person on a SOW, not into your ATS.
- Conversion to FTE after 90 days is 8% of annual CTC — not a 15% recruiter fee on day one.
- If the named person is wrong, we replace in 10 days. You do not run a second campaign.
- We will not bid as prime SI against Accenture. We will not staff a speculative bench for an SI at 10% markup.
